Why March? A New Vision
Crowdfunding: A short wish list
Be an advocate
In September, world leaders are coming to New York City for a UN summit on the climate crisis. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is urging governments to support an ambitious global agreement to dramatically reduce global warming pollution.
With our future on the line and the whole world watching, we'll take a stand to bend the course of history. We'll take to the streets to demand a world within our reach: a world with an economy that works for people and the planet; a world safe from the ravages of climate change; a world with good jobs, clean air and water, and healthy communities.
To change everything, we need everyone on board.

Please join us one way or the other:
come with us to march or participate from home.
This September is going to be a success because of the work we all do together — not because of any one person or organization. Take the initiative to organize your community, your school, your workplace, and your neighbors.
Join the Arkansas bus trip to New York City |
Sponsored by the Sierra Club and other groups, we have partnered with Eventure America to organize fun and EASY luxury motorcoach transportation and hotel packages for attendees from Arkansas and Tennessee! Four days, three nights. Maximum 56 people on the bus.
Since we have now decided to charter TWO buses, this itinerary may be changed slightly for either bus. The multi-faith worship service at St. John the Divine Cathedral is optional and the group may decide (together) not to stay for it.
The prices below include round-trip transportation and rooms for two nights. These are actual, reasonable costs, but because we want to encourage a diversity of participants (especially youth), we will be fundraising in an effort to reduce costs for some participants. Please let us know of your interest regardless of what you can pay.
